Our Swiss machining and micro abrasive finishing process’ have played a key roll in our quality custom work.
Micro gun drilling is a specialty process that requires great attention to detail. In this field we specialize in high pressure machining of small holes. We have used this process for our wire guide products, nozzles, dies, high pressure gas sensors and more. You can see this in the video on our home page.
Our abrasive flow machining process uses a liquid polymer and carbide abrasive which can polish any geometric cavity or hard to reach area. This works well for any deep hole that is hard to polish with solid abrasives, which provides a smooth finished bore for your winding applications.
